    When your shipment is received, you can find the information on which day your shipment will be delivered via the e-mail sent to you.
  • How can I find out the status of my shipment?
    You can find out the latest status of your shipment by querying the delivery number on the website.
  • I received a message that my address was reached but that I could not be reached. How can I receive my shipment?
    The next business day (including Saturday) will call your address again.
  • Do I need to show ID when receiving my shipment?
    Yes, required. According to article 43/2 of the Road Transport Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 11.06.2009 and numbered 27255, it is obligatory to obtain and record the identity information of the recipient while delivering the shipment.
  • Can a shipment in distribution be delivered at a future date?
    If you have a request for delivery of your shipment in the distribution process at a later date, you should contact the relevant cargo company.
  • Can someone else pick up my shipment?
    Yes, delivery can be made to a different person at your address in exchange for a TR ID number and signature.
  • Where can I find the shipment tracking number?
    You can find this information in the e-mail content sent to you or the shipment tracking link in your membership
  • My shipment has not arrived, what should I do?
    In case of a first call to your address, a repeat call will be made the next business day (including Saturday). If you have any questions, you can contact us.
  • What should I pay attention to during delivery?
    You can receive your shipment by checking the outer packaging for any damage.
